Request Authorization
Contact our technical support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back to our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and ensure it is securely boxed with all original accessories, manuals, and power cables included.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping carton and send the package to our Sydney logistics center using a tracked and insured courier service.
Inspection and Resolution
Once received, our engineers will inspect the hardware for serial number verification and fault testing, after which your refund or replacement unit will be processed within 5 business days.
